Trail MixWhat you'll need:
1. Penuts 2. Almonds 3. Other nuts if desired 4. Dried cranberries 5. Dried blueberries 6. Dried apple chunks 7. Dehydrated bananas 8. Dark chocolate (75% cocoa or more) 9. Peanut butter chunks 10. Pretzels (optional - I usually do not add them but they do add a nice crunch to the mix) Directions: 1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and gently stir in order to mix ingredients 2. (TIP) Add mixture to 8 oz mason jars to grab for a quick snack when you're on the go |
Kale ChipsWhat you need:
1. Kale 2. 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil 3. Salt n Pepper Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 300 F 2. Remove stems and break off leaves 3. Wash leaves and pat dry 4. Lightly rub olive oil on each leaf then add salt and pepper to your liking 5. Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes 6. Let cool for 3 minutes so they become extra crips :) |
